So if you put him as a leader of a team which are all equipped with Rec Rate gears, they all get boosted Lifesteal. The formula goes like this Current Lifesteal x Rec Rate = New Lifesteal. I use a healing ISO set on my 6* Ultron with Recovery gear. When the ISO procs at the right time, he can stay up an entire Battle match against an opposing team of all 6*s. Not this round obviously. The recovery rate determines how much you heal. Generally most will only heal from orbs during missions. Then you got characters that have heals like Groots 3* move, Warwolf passive or Kamala below
